Answers, Organized by How We Work Together

Questions are grouped by our four cooperation types, so you can jump straight to what applies to your project.

01. Full Delivery

We manage construction, materials and finishing under one contract, from groundwork to handover, with a single point of contact throughout.

Both. We take on new builds as well as renovation and reconstruction projects, using the same in-house teams and quality standards.

A dedicated point of contact oversees the whole project, coordinating our crews and keeping you updated at each stage.

Every project starts with a clear schedule agreed in the quote, and your point of contact keeps you informed if anything changes along the way.

Yes. Tell us what's already sourced and we'll factor it into the plan and the quote.

02. Materials Supply

Cement and dry mixes, bricks and blocks, aggregates, timber, steel and metal products, insulation, roofing and finishing materials - see our Materials page for the full list.

Yes, we handle both bulk orders and smaller custom quantities, scheduled around your site's needs.

We schedule delivery directly to your site and confirm timing with you in advance, so materials arrive when you need them.

Pricing depends on quantity, materials and delivery, so we provide a quote once you tell us what your project needs.

Independent expert advice on construction, materials or project feasibility, without committing to full delivery.
